    How do I avail of AXA Rescue Line service?

    You may access AXA Rescue Line through EMMA by AXA app. Download Emma by AXA andregister (if you have an existing MyAXA account) or create your account. Nominate three (3) emergency contacts to alert via SMS in case an emergency.

    How much does it cost to avail of AXA Rescue Line services?

    As part of our Know You Can Campaign, access to AXA Rescue Line is free for the first year of membership. AXA Rescue Line services have corresponding minimum fees.

    What are the emergency services available?

    AXA Rescue Line services include roadside/motor assistance, ambulance/hospital assistance, fire and police assistance 24/7.

    Do I have to purchase an AXA insurance policy to avail of AXA Rescue Line?

    No, you do not need to purchase an AXA insurance policy. AXA Rescue Line is free for the first year through EMMA by AXA.

    How many emergency contacts can I nominate?

    You may nominate a maximum of three (3) emergency contacts.

    How does Rescue Line work?

    In case of emergency, users only need to open the Emma by AXA mobile app and click on Rescue Line. They can then select the emergency service they need, and they will be connected to a Rescue Line operator who will obtain all relevant details. Apart from the emergency services, Rescue Line will also send a message to the nominated emergency contacts of the user to let them know that user is in need of emergency assistance.

    What happens after I click the Rescue Line button?

    Once you select the emergency service you need, you will speak with a Rescue Line operator who will obtain all relevant details, specifically your full name, location, contact details and details of the emergency. The operator will then connect with first responders to obtain an ETA and cost of service (applicable to ambulance and roadside assistance), which will be for the account of the user. The operator will get approval from user for the cost of service prior to confirmation of dispatch. The Rescue Line operator will track and monitor the progress of the emergency response and will provide regular updates to user.

    What is Emma by AXA?

    Emma by AXA is the new mobile app of AXA Philippines. It is available for both AXA customers and general public.

    I am not an AXA customer, what can I expect from Emma by AXA?

    Non-AXA customers can download Emma by AXA and register in order to access Rescue Line. All they need to do is register using a valid email and nominate a password. They can nominate up to three (3) emergency contacts which will be contacted in case they avail of any emergency service.

    I already have MyAXA, do I still need to download Emma by AXA?

    Existing MyAXA users are encouraged to download the Emma by AXA mobile app available on Google Play and App Store and log-in using MyAXA credentials email and password in order to automatically view your policy information. For AXA customers without MyAXA credentials, make sure to use the same email provided in your policy application for quicker access to your account information.

    What does Emma by AXA offer?

    All existing functionalities of MyAXA are available on Emma by AXA including: • View policy information and e-Policy lite • Track account value • Pay for premiums and regular top-up • Opt-in to inflation shield • Keep track of transactions and official receipts • Update contact information • Obtain a Certificate of Insurance • Submit a withdrawal application Plus! • Access Rescue Line for emergency services, anytime, anywhere Future developments will also provide visibility of general insurance policies (fire, motor, travel) with AXA Philippines, and allow filing and monitoring of policy claims.

    How to avail of Rescue Line emergency services

Step 4 Click the Rescue Line button on case you need for any of the following emergency services: • Roadside Assistance • Ambulance • Fire • Police Clicking the button will connect you with the Rescue Line operator. You will be asked to provide your complete name, location, contact details, emergency services and reason for need. Clicking the Rescue Line button will also promptly inform your nominated emergency contact that you requested for emergency services. Step 5 Once the Rescue Line operator has all the information, you will receive a return call within 5 mins to confirm details, provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) and inform you of cost of service if applicable. You need to provide confirmation of details and cost in order to trigger the dispatch of emergency services. Step 6 Rescue Line operator will call to provide status updates of emergency services. Please make sure to keep the line open to receive the call.
