Auto-Pay Migration Promo FAQs

1.    What is the Auto-pay Migration all about?

Get a chance to win a trip for 2 to either Boracay or Cebu and even Hongkong just by enrolling in our Auto-Pay feature. With Auto-pay, your premiums will be paid automatically through your nominated bank account or credit card.

2.    Who are eligible to join this promo?

This promotion is open to Life customers (Charter Ping-an existing customers will be not included in this promotion for this run).

Eligibility is:

a.       All AXA policy holders, 18 years old and above

b.    Policy should be issued prior May 27, 2019

c.       Automatic Debit Arrangement [ADA]/Credit Card application must be submitted within the promo period and approved before the raffle period.


3.    What are the mechanics of the promo?

a.       Customer must enroll and be approved in our auto-pay feature (either Auto-debit or Credit card) during the promo period until the raffle period.

b.      Successful application to auto-pay feature will give the customer 1 raffle entry per policy. If the customer enrolled 3 policies to auto-pay, he will get 3 raffle entries.


4.    What are the prizes for this promo?

We will have 4 lucky winners [Customers]

a.       For the Grand winner - a 3 days, 2 nights trip for two (2) to Hong Kong with Hotel accommodation, Roundtrip tickets and airport transfer

b.      For the 2nd, 3rd, 4th winner - a 3 days, 2 nights trip for two (2) to Boracay, or Cebu with Hotel accommodation, Roundtrip tickets and airport transfer

*all other expenses not specified above will be shouldered by the customer


5.    How do I join this promo?

a.       The customer may simply visit the promo page at www.axa.com.ph/autopayfaq and download the auto debit and credit card forms from there. Once filled up, customer must submit it to any AXA branch or to his financial advisor

b.      Customer may also go straight to any AXA branch or financial advisor to fill up the form and directly submit it to them.


6.    Can I just call the hotline to apply for Autopay?

No.  Hard copies of the forms are required to be submitted for processing of the auto-debit arrangement. Thus, forms are needed to be submitted to our AXA branches. You can still call the hotline and they can gladly assist you on some inquiries about this promo. Also, you can ask help from your Financial Advisor in processing this.


7.    How will I know if I am qualified for a raffly entry?

The customer will receive an SMS and EDM stating that they have been entitled to (1) one raffle entry for every policy enrolled and approved for this promotion.

8.    I have 5 policies, are you going to give me 5 raffle entries?

If you have 5 policies and you enrolled all of them in Auto-pay, you will get 5 raffle entries.


9.    Are all banks, and credit card companies qualified for a raffle entry?

a.       All banks for enrollment on Auto-Debit Arrangements (ADA) are accepted and will entitle the customer to a raffle entry except PSBank accounts.

b.      All credit card companies for enrollment on auto-pay are accepted and will entitle the customer to a raffle entry


10. When is the raffle of the winners and how will we know if we won?

a.       There will be (4) four winners for this customer raffle. Electronic raffle will happen within August 27-30, 2019 all draws will be conducted through an electronic raffle and will happen in the AXA Head Office at the 34th Floor, GT Tower, Ayala Ave cor. H.V. dela Costa St., Makati City. Raffle winners will be notified within seven (7) working days from the draw through email, SMS, and phone call with instructions on how to claim their prize. Should the winner fail to respond to AXA Philippines’ communication attempts or claim the prize within seven (7) days from date of raffle, AXA Philippines will choose another winner using the same electronic raffle entries.

AXA Philippines and each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
