• Designed for any employee, professional or businessman whose age is from 18 to 65 years old

Family plus plan

• Married applicants may include his or her spouse ages 18 to 65 years old and unmarried children ages 1 to 19 (up to age 23 if full time student).
• Single applicants may include his or her parents who are under 65 years old and unmarried siblings ages 1 to 19 (up to 23 if full time student).
