New Billing Improvements
Good news! We have recently made improvements on our current auto-pay process. Premium payments via nominated bank accounts or credit cards will be charged on the day of your due date starting on:
All credit cards – January 1, 2020
For bank accounts:
BDO – January 1, 2020
Chinabank, PNB, Landbank – February 16, 2020
Metrobank – March 1, 2020
BPI – April 1, 2020
Previously, we’ve been charging premium payments every 5th or every 20th of the month. With this change, we hope we are making it easier for everyone to track premium payments.
Make sure that your bank account is sufficiently funded / credit card is not maxed out on or around your due date. Failed attempts to charge your account on your due date may lead to your insurance policy becoming invalid, and you may lose the benefits and protection it provides you and your loved ones.
